We created Photosmith Unlimited to share our love of nature with you. Living in Florida has provided us with an abundance of photographic opportunities. In our home state, as well as in our travels, we have become increasingly aware of the ongoing encroachment of humanity on the delicate order of nature.

Thankfully, there are many efforts in place to preserve our natural habitats, and we strongly feel these efforts should be pursued dilligently. We can all add our support by taking care not to disturb the plants and animals that we encounter on our hikes and other visits into natural areas.

While some flora and fauna can be remarkably adaptable to environmental changes brought about by man's presence, this adaptability often brings our civilized world into closer contact with the beauty of the wild. While marveling at her beauty, we must be ever cognizant of the amazing and sometimes dangerous forces of Nature and give her the respect she demands. If we assume our responsibilities to be promoters of harmony, preservation, and safe habitats for both worlds, we can have at least some role as architects of the future. With meaningful effort, we can all continue to enjoy Nature's grand productions.

TECHNICAL DETAILS:

As we shoot using both film and digital cameras, photographs from Photosmith Unlimited are available for purchase in various formats. We can offer high resolution scans from 35mm slides, digital files shot in RAW format, and conversions of either to TIFF files or high resolution JPEG's depending upon your needs.

Fine art prints, with or without professional matting, are available for some of the photographs. Please see "Notes" on the enlargement pages of the galleries to determine availability and size offerings. For maximum longevity of the photographs, all prints are produced using the highest quality archival papers and archival inks. When framing your photographs, we advise the use of non-glare UV glass to further protect your investment.
